Millhouse Slane / Ciara and Graham
Ciara and Graham set out to plan a wedding that reflected all the traits they most admired in one another. They had talked about marriage almost since they first met four years ago, and when their day arrived it was everything they’d hoped it would be – an easy going celebration of their love for one another filled with laughter, music and delicious food and drink!
While Ciara got readied herself in her fabulous dress, Graham spent the morning playing pétanque and racing inflatable cows before donning his suit. There was a lovely moment that we were able to catch as Ciara met her father outside of the venue, and then it was on with the ceremony.
The venue for the day was the Millhouse in Slane, a lovely, intimate place with an aesthetic that perfectly complimented the wedding party’s look. The couple had written vows that were touching, funny and shone a light on their love for one another. Each spoke to the other as if it were just the two of them in the room.
It was a real treat for us to be asked to film this wedding. Often couples struggle to relax and enjoy their day, but Graham and Ciara were able to put the stress to one side and have a great time. Their sense of fun was evident throughout and after the ceremony and a hearty dinner, the couple danced into the night surrounded by their friends and family.
